About Our Homemade Salisbury Steak

Salisbury Steak is old-school diner cooking and we make no apologies for it. The patties are formed in our kitchen rather than shipped in frozen, seared, then finished under mushrooms and onions sauteed in the same pan and covered in homemade gravy.

It comes as a full platter — a small bowl of the day's homemade soup to start and a side of our homemade fries alongside — which makes it one of the better value plates on the board. It is the meal work crews staying at the motel order without looking at the menu.
