Poutine is the order that goes out fastest on a cold day. Fries go down first, then mozzarella, then gravy made in our kitchen — poured on hot so the cheese softens into the fries instead of sitting on top of them.
It works as a side for a table of burgers, a snack between a morning on the ice and an afternoon on the trail, or a full plate on its own. If you want to make more of it, the board also carries loaded versions with bacon and ground beef, roast beef and swiss, or butter chicken curry over the top.
